Live cost of acquisition

Amazingly cheap. Check the live rate at all times.

A booked B2B sales meeting runs about $700 on the market. Right now a positive reply for a sales meeting costs $86. That is roughly cheaper, and it moves live as clients invest, earn outcomes, and our technology improves over time.

Live rate, not a guarantee. Your cost depends on targeting, offer and downstream conversion.

Cost of acquisition, measured

Nobody can quote you a cost per meeting in advance. We are the ones who measure it.

We invest your budget, run the campaign, and report what each interested reply actually cost you. Live, for the whole account and for every segment separately. An agency sends you a slide at the end of the month. You get the number the moment it moves.

Why the number goes down

We are not sending emails. We are AB testing your winning acquisition channel.

Your cost per interested reply is not a price we set. It is a number we drive down, because we never send the same campaign twice. Your market gets cut into segments, every segment competes on its own measured cost, and inside each one the messages compete against each other.

SPLIT

Your market, cut into testable slices

We do not send one campaign to one audience. Geography, company size and role each split the market, and every slice runs as its own experiment with its own measured cost.

SHIFT

Budget follows what answers

Each slice reports its own cost per interested reply. Spend moves toward the ones that convert and away from the ones that do not, without you touching anything.

TEST

Every angle tested, inside every slice

Within a slice the outreach templates compete head to head. A message that wins with founders in the US often loses with operations in Germany, which is exactly why the split matters.

WRITE

Written for one person, built to convert

Every message is written for the specific prospect receiving it, not merged from a template. And each template is built on the Hormozi offer formula, so what gets pitched is engineered rather than improvised.

Take the conversation

distribute.you runs the outreach and classifies incoming replies. Interested prospects reach you with the contact and conversation context attached.

You step in when a human conversation matters.
Time to first signal

Your first email goes out today. Not in three weeks.

There is no domain to buy, no inbox to warm, no sequence to write, no deliverability tool to wire up. We already own and operate all of it. That is the part of outbound that normally eats a month before a single prospect hears from you.

Build it yourself

2 to 4 weeks

Buy domains, warm the inboxes, source the data, write the sequences, watch the deliverability. Nothing has been sent yet.

Hire an SDR

3 to 6 months

Recruit, onboard, ramp. Between $4,000 and $7,000 a month from the first payslip, before the pipeline exists.

Drop the URL, confirm the buyers and the angle we already prefilled, set a daily cap. The campaign starts producing measured numbers the same day.

Across every campaign that produced an interested reply, the first one landed in under 21 days.

What you stop paying for

You used to need a whole department to run this properly

Prospect data, research, domains, warmed inboxes, copywriting, sending, deliverability, reply triage, reporting. Every one of those is a tool, a hire or a retainer. All of them are inside your daily budget.

OUR GUARANTEE

We do not guarantee the result. We guarantee the measurement.

Market size, offer quality, targeting and your own sales execution all move the outcome, so anyone promising you a number of meetings is guessing on your behalf. What we will commit to is the part we control.

  • You always see the real cost. Your cost per interested reply is computed from your own campaign and shown live, account wide and per segment.
  • You always see the whole picture. Who we contacted, what was sent, who answered and who said no. The dashboard is the complete record, not a curated extract.
  • You always control the spend. A daily cap you set, a pause that takes effect immediately, and no charge for a day you did not authorise.
  • We publish our own numbers. The live rate on this page is the same figure we run the business on, not a marketing headline.
Best fit

For B2B companies where one good conversation is worth chasing.

The model works best when you can identify the buyer, solve a specific business problem, and earn enough from one customer to justify targeted outreach.

Agencies

Build your own pipeline or operate isolated client campaigns without rebuilding the outbound stack for every account.

  • Marketing and growth
  • Creative and development
  • Recruiting and specialist services

Consultants

Test a defined offer against named decision-makers without hiring an SDR or carrying several software subscriptions.

  • Operations and finance
  • Strategy and implementation

B2B products and services

Reach companies that fit before they actively search, then see which segments and messages create interested replies.

NOT FOR

Low-ticket consumer products, unclear offers, or anyone demanding guaranteed meetings.

distribute.you cannot create product-market fit or force a prospect to buy. It gives a credible B2B offer a fast, measurable path into a defined market.

Run your own numbers

What one client is worth to you, against what a meeting costs you.

Two numbers you know better than we do, divided by the one we measure. Change them and the answer moves.

Before you launch

Questions serious buyers should ask.

What is distribute.you, in one sentence?

distribute.you is a done-for-you B2B acquisition agency. The offer is Autonomous Sales Meetings Acquisition: give us your website, confirm who you want to reach, choose the objective, and set a daily limit. We run prospecting, research, writing, sending, follow-ups, reply filtering, and reporting, and we report what each interested reply cost you.

Is this a tool I have to operate?

No. A tool hands you software and leaves the work with you. We run the campaign on your behalf. You review the audience and the angle, then handle the interested conversations. If you would rather never log in, send us your website and we set the whole thing up for you at the same price, with the interested replies arriving in your normal inbox.

How does pricing work?

You choose the result the campaign should pursue and set a maximum daily budget. distribute.you runs the campaign and shows the actual cost per measured visit, positive reply, or signup. Rates vary by market and campaign. There is no guaranteed fixed result price.

Can I really set this up in 30 seconds?

The basic setup is designed to take only a few minutes: add your website, review the proposed audience and campaign angle, choose the objective, and set the daily limit. Actual sending can still depend on review, compliance checks, workflow availability, and campaign capacity.

Does distribute.you send from my company domain?

No. Campaign messages are sent through inboxes managed by distribute.you or its partners. Your primary company domain does not need to be connected or warmed. Delivery and inbox placement are still not guaranteed.

Can I review the campaign before it sends?

You can review and adjust the proposed target audience and campaign direction before launch. Approval settings for generated content can vary by workflow and configuration.

What reaches my inbox?

Replies are classified by intent. Positive interest can be forwarded with the relevant contact and conversation context. Out-of-office replies, clear rejections, bounces, and opt-outs are handled inside the campaign workflow. Classification can make mistakes, so the dashboard remains the complete record.

Who owns and can export the campaign data?

You retain ownership of the data you submit. Campaign records available in your account can be exported for CRM use and lawful follow-up. Data retention after account termination is governed by the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Is cold outreach automatically GDPR or CAN-SPAM compliant?

No platform can make every campaign lawful by default. distribute.you handles working opt-outs and suppression workflows, but you remain responsible for lawful targeting, a valid business purpose or other legal basis, truthful claims, and the rules that apply in each recipient's jurisdiction.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Market size, offer quality, targeting, geography, copy, deliverability, website conversion, and sales execution all affect results. distribute.you publishes performance data so you can evaluate real economics rather than rely on a promise.

How do the welcome credits work?

Eligible new accounts may receive promotional credits that offset usage charges, currently advertised up to $400. That figure is a total, not a top-up: promotional codes and goodwill grants count against it. Part lands at signup and the remainder is released once cumulative successful payments reach the advertised threshold. Referral credits are a separate offer with their own total and their own threshold, which adds on top of any amount still coming. Credits have no cash value and can be subject to eligibility, expiry, anti-abuse rules, and changing promotional terms. See the Terms of Service for the full conditions.

Can agencies run campaigns for clients?

Yes. Separate campaigns can use different URLs, audiences, budgets, and reporting. Review the current account permissions and any resale or white-label restrictions in the Terms before offering the service to clients.
