What domains do you send from?

We provision sending domains and manage all deliverability: setup, warm-up, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, rotation, and reputation monitoring. Replies are forwarded to your Gmail inbox. You never touch the sending infrastructure.

How does AI reply classification work?

Every reply gets processed by our classifier. Categories: buyer (interested, wants a call, asks a question), unsubscribe, bounce, out-of-office, and neutral. Only "buyer" replies get forwarded to your inbox with full conversation context and the prospect's contact data.

Can I run campaigns for multiple clients from one account?

Yes. Each campaign is isolated: its own URL, audience, budget, copy, and dashboard. You see all campaigns from your account. Billing is per campaign. You can pause or stop individual campaigns without affecting others.
